When meeting for the first time, Elaine set an excellent first impression. We immediately felt comfortable and at ease in her company; something which we highly regarded. On the first of our many meetings we were asked to provide the details of how we wanted our wedding. Having never planned a wedding and reception before, we solely relied on her judgement and advice. Elaine noted our preferences and used her experience and knowledge of the local area to recommend essential suppliers, all of whom also provided an exemplary service. Throughout the course of our preparation, she endeavoured to support us at all times, even individually contacting and meeting each of our suppliers in order to ensure that all parties concerned were fully co-ordinated.
From the moment we arrived for the reception at Elsham Hall, to the moment we left in the evening, we knew we could relax in the knowledge that Elaine was present throughout. Several of our guests commented on how clearly evident it was that the venue had been decorated by a dedicated individual, and with 100% attention to detail.
We would highly recommend Elaine Jaques as a wedding planner for all of the reasons above, she beyond any doubt ensured that we had a truly memorable day.

Just got back from our honeymoon – had a lovely time.

Over the last three weeks family and friends have now commented on what great time we all had. None of this would have been possible without all your help, effort, attention to detail and artistic flair. The venue looked stunning – the drapes, the lights, the sashes, the top table decoration, and even the little ivy leaves! Absolutely fantastic, as was the whole evening that followed.

We are writing to thank you for making – not only the wedding day but also the complete run up – so special and run without a hitch! From our initial enquiries back in February to the wedding day you have been so helpful, we could not have done it without you! Answering every email (50 times a day)! Promptly and patiently, always giving me an answer to my many questions.
